Up to 100 million sharks die a year from shark finning ! Shark fins are sliced off of sharks ( from all species , age and gender ) just for soup ! This soup is a middle eastren delicasy which sells anywhere from $90-$100 . If shrks become extinct it may threaten the stability of marine ecosystems .
